The Silosafe formula has been developed to deliver a strong antibacterial effect, helping eliminate enterobacteria responsible for forage putrefaction. The rapid drop in pH inhibits their development and promotes the start of lactic fermentation, which is essential for successful preservation. Silosafe also helps secure forage against low-level fungal risk thanks to propionic acid.
